Chris Serna is the Vice President of Investor Relations at Clear Capital, LLC, where he oversees investor relationships and investor engagement initiatives. Chris works closely with investors, executive leadership, asset management, and the finance team on capital formation efforts, investor communications, reporting, onboarding, and strategic initiatives. Chris also serves as the primary point of contact for prospective investors, helping cultivate relationships and guide them through the investment process.

Chris has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience in advisory, acquisitions, and investment sales, where he served high-net worth investors, family offices, and institutional investors.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, LLC, Chris worked with a healthcare real estate advisory firm, where he helped scale the company’s operations and grow the investment sales team. Prior to this, Chris worked in acquisitions for a family office, where he sourced, underwrote, and transacted on retail, office, and land for ground-up multifamily development. Chris started his real estate career working in investment sales.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
