Clear Capital, LLC Announces Sale of Iris Garden Apartments, 120-Unit Community in Azusa, CA

IRVINE, CA, September 16, 2022– Clear Capital, LLC a private equity real estate investment firm that specializes in operating multifamily communities, is pleased to announce the sale of Iris Garden Apartments in Azusa, CA to Eden Housing.  The property, acquired in January 2013, is part of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program which offers affordable rents to lower income residents.  This disposition marks Clear Capital’s 13th sale since inception.
